We're crowdfunding this month and we want to tell you all why!
Nuts for Pets was created in early 2019 by myself and Alastair. We're a partner team based in Edinburgh and we wanted to launch a truly dog friendly peanut butter. This is why we bought Poochbutter to you all!
Fast forward almost 3yrs, we've expanded our range of additive free dog treats to 10 unique products and are stocked in around 290 stores worldwide.
As our understanding of the dog market has grown over this time we have realised there is a growing movement towards feeding pets healthier options. Alastair and I have always believed in eating local, unprocessed and holistic foods ourselves, therefore, it's only natural that we create some similar options for your pets!
Deciding to take on investment was a huge decision for us but we have big visions for Nuts for Pets and we realised we needed help. Using the crowdfunding model to do this was something we truly believed in!
Crowdfunding gives a wide range of society the option to invest in businesses they love. It is not just for the big investors and this is a point we really took on board! Alastair and I want to build a brand that is for the people in everything it stands for and so you can understand why this was the perfect fit. Crowdfunding will create a hub for Nuts for Pets like no other and we really want to have as many of you on board as possible!
Let me tell you our main goals for the investment:
- Improve stock levels and launch new products
- Grow our team of dedicated Nutty's
- Launch marketing plan to tell everyone on planet dog about us
- Move into new Nuts for Pets warehouse
- Create concept store to showcase our products and provide a space to meet
- New subscription box!
